your location must meet certain conditions. In addition to
having DSL Internet Service available in your central office
or (CO), you must be less than 18,000 feet, or approximately
3 miles, or live in a neighborhood where a DSL Gateway has
been installed. Please be aware that the measurement that
is taken to determine if your location can get DSL or Broadband
services is not necessarily a liner distance. It is not calculated
by street miles or air miles. You must also have a telephone
line qualified to carry the DSL signal. To check DSL availability
please use our free broadband qualification
tool.
